Job Description
Lead Electrical Technician sought for County Limerick site, managing team of 2 Electrical fitters, with experience in automated manufacturing and industrial systems.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs on automated machinery.
- Identify and resolve technical issues with automated systems.
- Implement upgrades and modifications to automation systems.
- Enhance efficiency, reliability, and safety of all machinery.
- Lead on all preventative maintenance approach with all equipment.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and systems.
- Provide training to production staff.
- Adhere to all safety protocols.
- Maintain employee performance reviews, setting and sharing best practices.
- Industry 4.0 thinking.
Qualifications and Experiences:
- A minimum of 5 years work experience in a production environment.
- Qualified Electrical Fitter with third level qualification.
- Strong PLC programming knowledge.
- Strong knowledge of automation, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
Salary is based on experience and open to negotiation. In addition, medical, pension, and additional benefits are also offered.
