As the Lead Financial Reconciliations Analyst, you will play a key role in leading the daily, weekly and monthly reconciliations. You will be responsible for leading the division of work amongst the team, the review of reconciliations and being the go-to person for all queries. You will also play a very significant role in the development of new reconciliations and processes within Financial Reconciliations. A critical element of this role will be your involvement in all non-business as usual tasks and being the key person for all internal Bank meetings. Responsibilities: Lead, coach and motivate a combined team capable of delivering to the highest professional standard. Drive continuous improvement and seek efficiencies that will enhance team processes, data and outputs to aid the function and Bank in achieving its targets and to improve controls. Effectively managing own workloads and those of the members of the team to ensure all tasks are completed in a timely manner. Champion a continuous improvement `culture and mind-set? across the Financial Reconciliation function including maximising the usage of Core IT systems across the Bank. Requirements: Essential 3 years experience in reconciliations. Strong appreciation of the importance of robust controls. Self-starter, highly motivated with the ability to work on own initiative, under pressure and to strict timelines. Team focused displaying ability to work with others within and outside the team and a willingness to be flexible to assist in achieving the overall goals of the team. Strong focus on attention to detail. Enthusiastic, committed and proactive approach to problem solving. Advanced Microsoft Excel.
