Our client is looking for an experienced Lead Full-Stack Developer (specialising in .NET, Angular, and Azure) with deep expertise in building enterprise-scale applications using .NET Core and Angular. In this role, you will be a key member of the Applications team, providing strategic technical guidance and leadership. You will be responsible for managing the software development lifecycle, mentoring the development team, and implementing best practices in both development and security. This role also involves improving the applications infrastructure and collaborating closely with other departments to deliver innovative, scalable solutions. Responsibilities: Architect and develop enterprise-level .NET Core and Angular applications within an Azure environment. Lead and mentor the development team, conduct code reviews, and establish coding standards. Manage and configure Azure DevOps for efficient project execution. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Business Analysts, Developers, Architects, and Testers) to implement software solutions. Ensure security standards are integrated into all development processes and stay updated on the latest industry innovations. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in .NET enterprise development. At least 2 years of enterprise-level experience with Angular. 1+ year of experience working with Azure DevOps. Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving abilities, and strong communication skills to work effectively across departments. Must be based in Ireland with a minimum Stamp 4 Visa.
