Job Description

We are seeking a growth-oriented Director for Global Demand Management to develop and execute lead generation strategies that drive pipeline and revenue for PayPal's merchant business. The role involves developing, optimizing, and scaling programs to create sustainable revenue at scale, as well as building relationships with key stakeholders and managing dependencies to drive growth.

Responsibilities include:
* Developing, optimizing, and executing a lead generation strategy that drives pipeline and creates sustainable revenue at scale.
* Collaborating with Sales to ensure continued alignment and enablement.
* Analyzing transaction information to identify trends and propose new campaigns.
* Developing new targeting models and approaches to optimize and scale lead generation.
* Ensuring a strong analytical approach for delivering impactful insights and accurate reporting.

Requirements:
* Extensive B2B lead generation experience with global experience preferred.
* Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use data to optimize campaign performance.
* Demonstrated understanding of commercial data and how to leverage it to drive quality sales-ready leads.
* Creative problem-solving skills and operational understanding of sales processes.
* Solid experience with SQL, R, and Python, as well as knowledge of technologies like Salesforce, Teradata, and Eloqua.
