Compustaff is seeking a dynamic IT Lead Auditor to spearhead our client's initiatives for IT audits and compliance. This role offers high growth potential and the opportunity to make a significant impact. As the first hire in this major expansion, you will grow the team over time and get involved in global projects. This role can be Galway-based or Hybrid/Partially remote with regular site visits. About the Role: * Lead IT Audit Program: Manage and implement IT audit strategies, liaising with internal control owners and external auditors. * Compliance & Reporting: Ensure adherence to SOX, COSO, COBIT frameworks, and other regulatory requirements. * Risk Assessment: Evaluate IT controls, design audit procedures, and provide value-added recommendations. * Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal audit teams and recruit junior auditors to grow the operation * Data Analytics: Utilize data-driven approaches to analyze business processes and assess risks. * Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with regulatory developments and enhance your technical skills. About You: Experience: 6-10 years in IT audit, including SOX compliance and IT application audits, preferably with Big 4 experience Domain: Manufacturing or medical device domain experience is essential Technical Skills: Knowledge of IT security products, Oracle systems, data warehouses, and data visualization tools like Python, SQL, Tableau, and Power BI. Certifications: CISA, CISM, CIA, and/or CISSP (or working towards them). Soft Skills: Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills with attention to detail. Flexibility: Willing to travel up to 25% and work with global teams.
