Lead Java Engineer (Cork) Location Cork, Republic of Ireland Day Rate Contract (6 months rolling), Hybrid Working I am currently hiring for a client in the cyber security industry, who is looking for a Lead Software Engineer to join their growing team. The successful candidate for this role will display strong expertise in back-end development and be able to leverage their expertise in working with AWS. The client expects this to be a long-term project with possible extensions to initial contract terms. Desired Skills: Java, AWS, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Kubernetes Responsibilities: Lead the development and testing process in a team of team of 5+ Engineers. Act as a point of contact, troubleshooting any issues. Required Experience: 8 + years' experience as a software developer, using Java backend technologies. 3+ years' experience leading a team. 3+ years' experience with AWS technologies.
