Pharmaceutical organization seeks experienced maintenance professional to lead equipment design, commissioning, and qualification activities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring safe accomplishment of activities in accordance with statutory, environmental, and regulatory practices.
- Contributing to equipment design, construction, commissioning, and qualification activities.
- Providing technical assistance to maintenance personnel and other departments.
- Developing and managing maintenance procedures and equipment files.
- Assisting with generation, review, and revision of maintenance documentation.
- Developing and managing critical equipment lists.
- Optimizing site preventive maintenance programs.
- Developing and managing condition monitoring programs.
- Analyzing equipment data to report on equipment performance.
- Optimizing costs while driving department performance.
Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, Instrumentation, or Process Engineering.
- MAXIMO experience a distinct advantage.
- Scientific or technical qualification in mechanical, electrical, instrumentation & controls, utilities engineering.
- Reliability and/or Maintenance experience within a process or pharmaceutical c GMP environment.
- Experience of best practices in preventive maintenance, condition monitoring, maintenance planning, reliability engineering, RCM or FMECA.
