Cloud Services Delivery and Technical Leadership Role
Seeking an experienced professional to lead cloud services delivery, technical teams, and drive automation and process improvement in a high-growth environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver cloud services, including SaaS applications and mobile apps
- Manage a high volume of customer requirements and handle multiple stakeholders
- Lead technology and support teams and participate in product roadmap strategy development
- Design and implement software testing processes and user interfaces
- Develop and extend Web Service APIs and enable feature-rich end-user experiences
- Improve existing code quality, extensibility, and maintainability
- Create polished and intuitive user experiences and implement marketing-developed branding
Desirable Skills and Experience:
- Experience with end-user interaction points in the All-Channel Communications Solution
- Knowledge of refactoring existing code to improve its quality, extensibility, and maintainability
- Ability to develop and extend Web Service APIs
