Job Description
A 2nd level IT support position responsible for configuring file transfers for MasterCard, assisting with day-to-day support functions, and working with vendor products and MasterCard developed solutions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting file transfers with customers and internal teams
- Establishing connectivity for file transfers in support of application teams
- Communicating with customers on file transfer requirements
- Ensuring timeliness of delivery and resolving issues
- Leading projects and act as a subject matter expert on file transfer products
Required skills include:
- Knowledge of secure file transfer protocols and data encoding
- Working knowledge of certificates and Connect:Direct
- Knowledge of Sterling B2B Integrator is a plus
This role requires a strong technical knowledge, organizational skills, and the ability to research difficult issues. The successful candidate will be responsible for information security and must abide by Mastercard's security policies and practices.
