Mastercard seeks a skilled professional to configure file transfers, provide day-to-day support, and establish connectivity for file transfers in support of application teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure file transfers for Mastercard
• Provide day-to-day support for file transfers
• Establish connectivity for file transfers
• Communicate with customers and internal support teams
• Support vendor products and Mastercard-developed solutions

Requirements:

• Knowledge of secure file transfer protocols and data encoding
• Working knowledge of certificates in support of transfers
• Working knowledge of Connect: Direct
• Knowledge of Sterling B2B Integrator (a plus)

Corporate Security Responsibility:

• Abide by Mastercard's security policies and practices
• Ensure the confidentiality and integrity of information being accessed
• Report any suspected information security violation or breach
• Complete all periodic mandatory security trainings
