Lead Principal Silicon Evaluation Engineer required for a leading Multinational Semiconductor EDA Software provider based in Cork City, Ireland. Summary: Manage Silicon Evaluation team to validate High Speed SERDES products, work with global teams, and hire new team members. Requirements: BEng, MEng, or Ph D; 10+ years of silicon validation experience; 4+ years of team management experience; strong understanding of lab equipment and measurement techniques; excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Additional Skills: Experience with chiplet substrate/package design methodologies and tools; familiarity with pre-silicon verification strategies and tool flows; interest in publishing academic papers and presenting at conferences.
