Lead Process Engineer Job Description
Seeking a highly experienced Lead Process Engineer to oversee process design development, technical leadership, and project management for a multi-discipline process team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement process design criteria, guidelines, and contract requirements.
- Interact with licensors to establish design basis and license or evaluation.
- Prepare and review flow diagrams, metallurgy flow diagrams, and equipment specification sheets.
- Develop and implement control philosophy for complex control systems.
- Perform specifications, calculations, and technical studies.
- Review and approve equipment bid tabulations and vendor data.
- Ensure plant safety and operability through process engineering work functions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering with 7-10 years of experience in process systems design.
- Knowledge of relevant cGMP requirements and ISPE Baselines.
- Fluency in English and Italian (mother tongue).
- Software knowledge: Office, Super Pro, Schedule Pro, Pipe Flo, Flexsim, or other process engineering simulations software.
Working Conditions:

- Willingness to accept field assignments to fulfill project requirements.
