Production Leader sought to oversee manufacturing operations, prioritizing HSE, Quality, Delivery, and Cost.
Our Manufacturing Client requires a Production Leader to manage the operations of a manufacturing production line, focusing on Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE), Quality, Delivery, and Cost.
Key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring a safe working environment and promoting health and safety across the site.
- Leading Quality across the Value Stream and managing non-conformances during production.
- Ensuring customer on-time delivery is a top priority.
- Overseeing production line operations, staff, and facilities, including managing production personnel.
- Planning and organizing production according to agreed schedules, managing capacity and resources.
- Collaborating with Manufacturing Engineering to implement process improvements and lean initiatives.
Requirements:
- Experience in people leading and managing production activities.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or equivalent experience).
- Ability to influence others and lead small teams.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
