You'll lead the code team, setting an example for and mentoring less experienced programmers. You'll work closely with designers, artists, and other personnel to create high-quality products. **Key Responsibilities** • Lead code team, passing on experience and expertise • Develop technical design specifications for complex projects • Design, develop, write, test, and implement systems and game code • Work with designers, artists, and other personnel to create high-quality products • Test and refine gameplay features throughout the development cycle • Mentor and conduct regular one-to-ones with project engineering team • Estimate own tasks and deliver high-quality code to schedule • Perform code reviews with the team to ensure code quality • Communicate effectively with clients and maintain strong relationships **Requirements** • Proficient in C/C++ with a minimum of 6 years experience • 5 years experience working in the video games industry • 4 years experience in console or mobile programming • Worked on at least 2 shipped games
