Dublin Permanent Hybrid About the role: Leading a team of developers to implement high quality solutions on the Salesforce platform Collaborating with clients to design innovative solutions with a strong user experience Preparing and deploying CRM Solutions to Test and Production environments Designing digital prototypes and proof of concepts to demonstrate how clients needs can be met Involvement with the architecture design for Salesforce solutions, helping identify key decisions, and mitigate potential constraints Integrating Salesforce solution with other client systems Experience: Extensive development experience with team Lead responsibilities while working on a Salesforce implementation Experience leveraging major capabilities within the Salesforce Platform e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc. Experience using the Lightning UI and Lightning development frameworks to meet client needs Agile delivery experience with experience applying appropriate release management approaches for projects Experience in converting the High-Level Design into Low Level Design Experience in designing and development with Experience Cloud Knowledge with Integration patterns Experience with SFDX and CI / CD tools like Ant, SourceTree, Bitbucket, Sonar, Codescan, Jenkins is beneficial Experience on local/regional/global rollouts Experience of working in multi org structure and experience with IAM would be an added advantage Skills: Salesforce Developer Sales cloud Service Cloud Lead
