Lead Software Engineer
Mastercard is seeking a Lead Software Engineer to join the Automation Frameworks team in the Architecture & Technology division. The ideal candidate will have experience in industry standard CI/CD tools and a passion for automation.
About the Role
- Own complex problems and facilitate cross-functional team interactions to drive resolution
- Define, design, and develop procedures and solutions at a service level to meet business requirements/enhancements
- Automate and simplify all aspects of software delivery and development
- Introduce new technologies and architecture by following enterprise guidelines
- Provide development and architecture guidance to team members
About the Team
The Automation Frameworks team is responsible for developing automation tooling and driving standards throughout the development, quality, release, and product organizations. We are looking for a Dev Ops Engineer who can help us solve problems, build our CI/CD pipelines, and lead Mastercard in Dev Ops automation and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor or master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- Experience in one or more of the following: Java, Python, Go, Groovy, Perl, or Ruby
- Design, implement, and enhance our deployment automation based on Chef and Ansible
- Use Jenkins to orchestrate builds and link to Sonar, Chef, Maven, Artifactory, etc.
