Hydrogen Group have partnered with a client in Ireland who are looking to hire a Senior Technical Lead (Software Controls) to join their team. This can be done on a contract or permanent basis.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage a team of software engineers.Build, motivate and inspire growth through outstanding mentoring and coaching.Monitor and provide the expertise to fill skill gaps.Analyze data to effectively coordinate the installation of new systems or the modification of existing systems.Manage the software development lifecycle.Monitor system performance, oversee the testing and troubleshooting of new software, project development, design, build, and documentation.Develop and direct software system validation and testing methods.Develop and execute project plans.Key Requirements:3rd level Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Technology.8-10 years as a Senior Software Engineer in a software company & capable of designing, writing code & delivering software.2+ years proven ability to manage, motivate, and mentor.Project Management experience essential.Passionate about software development.Excellent knowledge of modern development technologies and tools.Troubleshoot complex projects & combine with the principles of engineering & software development.Expertise in writing unit, integration, systems, and performance tests. #J-18808-Ljbffr
