As Lead Systems Engineer, you will maintain systems, lead projects, provide end user support, manage team documentation, and initiate process improvements. Your responsibilities will include:
* Communication: demonstrating clear and effective written and oral communications
* Core Technology Concepts: understanding complex technologies and their use
* End user support: coordinating troubleshooting, triaging, and escalating issues
* Interactions with Others: working in collaboration with the team, offering feedback, and mentoring less experienced staff
* Maintenance/Upgrades: developing maintenance plans and assisting with Disaster Recovery
* Project Management: time tracking, project planning, and staff coordination
* Self-Development: continuous self-study, trainings, and seeking feedback
* Troubleshooting/Critical Thinking: independently resolving issues and mentoring staff
The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience with complex systems environments, mastery of IT procedures and protocols, and demonstrated success leading teams and collaborating with business partners.
