The company is seeking a talented Lead Verification Engineer to join their dynamic team in Dublin. As the Lead Verification Engineer, the individual will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful verification of their cutting-edge Quantum So C devices.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in ASIC design and hardware verification, with a strong understanding of hardware verification methodologies. Proficiency in industry-standard verification tools and languages, such as System Verilog, UVM, and VCS, is also required.

Responsibilities:

  • Leading the verification team in developing and executing comprehensive verification plans for Quantum So C devices.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define verification requirements and ensure successful integration of verification components.
  • Mentoring and guiding junior verification engineers to foster their professional growth and development.
  • Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance verification processes and methodologies.
  • Utilising expertise in hardware verification to troubleshoot and resolve complex verification issues.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in ASIC design and verification.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard verification tools and languages.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Day-to-Day:

  • Leading daily stand-up meetings to provide guidance and support to the verification team.
  • Collaborating with design and architecture teams to ensure alignment on verification requirements.
  • Reviewing and analysing verification results to identify areas for improvement and optimisation.
  • Working closely with project management to track and report on verification progress.
  • Staying updated on industry advancements and best practices in hardware verification to incorporate into the verification process.
