Job Description
Lead Verification Engineer, Dublin: a senior role in hardware verification and leadership, requiring expertise in ASIC design, proficiency in verification tools and languages, and excellent leadership and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive verification plans for Quantum So C devices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define verification requirements and integrate verification components.
- Mentor and guide junior verification engineers to foster their professional growth and development.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance verification processes and methodologies.
- Utilise expertise in hardware verification to troubleshoot and resolve complex verification issues.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in ASIC design and verification, with a strong understanding of hardware verification methodologies.
- Proficiency in industry-standard verification tools and languages, such as System Verilog, UVM, and VCS.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively lead and inspire a diverse team.
- Preferred location in Europe, Ireland.
Day-to-Day:
- Lead daily stand-up meetings to provide guidance and support to the verification team.
- Collaborate with design and architecture teams to ensure alignment on verification requirements.
- Review and analyse verification results to identify areas for improvement and optimisation.
- Work closely with project management to track and report on verification progress.
- Stay updated on industry advancements and best practices in hardware verification to incorporate into the verification process.
