Opportunity to join well established global manufacturing organisation. Part of the team responsible for the design, adoption, and execution of the LEAN transformation roadmap for the Cork site reporting to the LEAN & Digital Director. Responsible for developing and deploying the LEAN behaviours, principles, standards, and tools across the GEHC PDx network to drive tangible business value. Serving as a champion, coach, mentor for change by influencing teams to better understanding and adopt lean principles, problem-solving methodologies, digital adaptation and ultimately fostering a culture of change and servant leadership Partnering with business stakeholders to identify, prioritize and execute improvement opportunities through Kaizen Degree with at least 4 years proven LEAN industry experience Improvement mindset is essential, understands LEAN toolset with proven results Ability to facilitate and conduct Kaizen events Proven success in leading significant business process improvement Skills: Lean Manufacturing Six Sigma Kaizen Lean tools Industrial Engineering Process Improvements CIP Benefits: Annual Bonus / 13th Cheque Medical Aid / Health Care Pension Fund Paid Holidays Parking Laptop Mobile Phone
