**Job Summary: Learning and Development Administrator for the Rehab Group** The Rehab Group is seeking a skilled Learning and Development Administrator to support the administration of staff training initiatives and courses across the National Learning Network (NLN). **Job Description:** The Rehab Group is a charity that provides services for over 20,000 adults and children, and champions the value of diversity and inclusion for people with disabilities or disadvantage. As a Learning and Development Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development of our employees to be the best they can be. **Key Responsibilities:** • Organise classroom-based training sessions across the business, including sourcing and booking venues, confirming event requirements, and coordinating staff trainer diaries • Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and outcomes • Provide administration support to Learning and Development Business Partners for new and emerging initiatives • Work with the Organisational Development Manager to support the administration of all staff Learning and Development initiatives **Requirements:** • Level 7 (NFQ) qualification in Training and Education or 3-5 years experience in an office administrative role • Understanding of Universal Design for Learning principles • Ability to generate electronic training reports (CORE Insights or equivalent) • Relevant Administration qualification or certification in Microsoft Office programmes **Additional Requirements:** • Excellent communication and relationship building skills • Excellent business acumen and ability to understand what success looks like in the current operating environment • Proactive, solution-focused team player with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously **Benefits:** • Company Pension Scheme • Paid maternity and paternity leave • 27 days annual leave • Bike to work scheme • Tax saver travel scheme • Income protection • Health and Wellbeing programme • Financial support for studying and study leave
