This position is based in our new state of the art Head Office in Maynooth - an open plan office, with wonderful collaborative working areas, subsidised canteen, EV charging points, and is easily accessible by car or public transport. Key Responsibilities & Duties Oversee and coordinate the execution of Learning & Development events and projects Develop and maintain strong and effective working relationships with both internal colleagues and external training providers Regularly update, and accurately manage data on the E-Learning platform and Learning Management System (LMS) Manage all queries regarding L&OD organised courses and education support applications and status, ensuring responses are given in a timely manner Ensure precise and effective completion of all administrative tasks including invoicing Prepare talent development reports to facilitate L&D quality evaluations Requirements Technical/Professional Previous experience working in a learning & development, HR, quality, customer experience position or similar Exceptional organisation and planning skills with aptitude for displaying decision-making and autonomy with limited oversight Confident using MS Office and databases.
