Reporting to the Head of People and Talent the L&D Programme Manager will be responsible for the design, implementation, and evaluation of comprehensive learning programmes to support our Stores based Management Teams. Key Responsibilities: Identify learning needs through collaboration with stakeholders and analysis of data. Design engaging and effective learning programmes that align with business goals and enhance employee experience. Manage the end-to-end delivery of learning programmes, ensuring they are executed on time and within budget. Coordinate with internal and external trainers, vendors, and subject matter experts to develop content and materials to deliver high-quality learning experiences. Ensure training programmes are legally compliant and in line with company policy. Facilitate training sessions and workshops as needed. Establish metrics and assessment methods to evaluate the effectiveness of learning programmes. Collect and analyse feedback from participants to continuously improve learning initiatives. Provide regular reports on programme outcomes and make recommendations for future enhancements. Oversee multiple learning projects simultaneously, ensuring all are delivered to a high standard. Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure learning initiatives are aligned with business needs and fully supported. The ideal Candidate: Minimum of 5 years experience in a Learning and Development role, with at least 3 years in a programme management capacity Experience gained in a similar sized, multinational progressive organisation with a proven reputation for working in a demanding and competitive environment. A preference for a candidate who has experience in either a consumer led, retail, or service Industry. Third level degree in a business/HR related discipline with CIPD qualification or equivalent desirable. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Proficient in using learning management systems (LMS) and other e-learning platforms. Detail oriented and highly organised. Adaptable and resilient in a fast-paced environment. Innovative, creative with strong listening skills and a relationship builder.
