Job Description

Identify and design training programs to improve individual and organisational performance, with a focus on strategic goals and employee development.

Responsibilities

  • Assess and prioritise training needs through consultation with stakeholders, referencing strategic goals and employee development plans.
  • Provide information, advice and resources to support managers and individuals in promoting a high-performing organisation.
  • Lead the day-to-day operation of the learning management system, ensuring correct records retention and compliance with site procedures.
  • Develop training content, including materials and training aids, to deliver training programs.
  • Act as subject matter expert for the training system and provide audit support as required.
  • Work with departments to prepare annual training plans and facilitate classroom and skills training as needed.

Requirements

  • Degree-level qualification in Management, Life Sciences or related discipline.
  • Expert knowledge of training design and delivery principles and methods.
  • Strong presentation, training evaluation, and computer skills.
  • Project management skills and experience with MyLearning preferred.
  • Strong customer focus, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and make decisions, with leadership and change management skills.
