Identify and design training programs to improve individual and organisational performance, with a focus on strategic goals and employee development.
Responsibilities
- Assess and prioritise training needs through consultation with stakeholders, referencing strategic goals and employee development plans.
- Provide information, advice and resources to support managers and individuals in promoting a high-performing organisation.
- Lead the day-to-day operation of the learning management system, ensuring correct records retention and compliance with site procedures.
- Develop training content, including materials and training aids, to deliver training programs.
- Act as subject matter expert for the training system and provide audit support as required.
- Work with departments to prepare annual training plans and facilitate classroom and skills training as needed.
Requirements
- Degree-level qualification in Management, Life Sciences or related discipline.
- Expert knowledge of training design and delivery principles and methods.
- Strong presentation, training evaluation, and computer skills.
- Project management skills and experience with MyLearning preferred.
- Strong customer focus, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and make decisions, with leadership and change management skills.
