Job Description

Identify and design training programs to improve individual and organisational performance, with a focus on strategic goals and employee development.

Responsibilities

  • Assess and prioritise training needs through consultation with stakeholders, aligning with site goals and employee development plans.
  • Provide information, advice, and resources to support managers and individuals in promoting a high-performing organisation.
  • Lead the day-to-day operation of the learning management system, ensuring correct records retention and compliance with site procedures.
  • Develop training content, including materials and training aids, to deliver effective training programs.
  • Act as subject matter expert for the training system, providing audit support and guidance on training program design and evaluation.
  • Collaborate with departments to prepare annual training plans and facilitate classroom and skills training as required.

Requirements

  • Degree-level qualification in Management, Life Sciences, or related discipline.
  • Expert knowledge of training design and delivery principles, presentation, and training evaluation skills.
  • Strong customer focus, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and make decisions.
  • Leadership skills, including understanding of leadership behaviors, listening, and observation skills.
  • Experience with LMS systems, presentation, and training evaluation skills.
