Job Description

**Job Summary** Design and deliver training programs to improve individual and organisational performance, with a focus on strategic goals and employee development plans.

Identify and assess training needs for the site, prioritising areas that align with the site's strategic goals and Employee Development Plans. Provide guidance on the design of training programs and assist in their evaluation.

  • Assess and prioritise training needs for the site, in consultation with L&D Lead, managers and subject matter experts.
  • Support managers and individuals by providing information, advice and resources to promote a high-performing organisation.
  • Design and deliver customized training plans for new and existing employees.
  • Lead the day-to-day operation of the learning management system, ensuring correct records retention for training records.
  • Provide guidance on the design of training programs and assist in their evaluation.
  • Develop training content, including materials and training aids required to deliver training programs.
  • Act as subject matter expert for the training system and provide audit support as required.
  • Work with relevant departments to prepare the Annual GMP and EHS training plans for the site.
  • Facilitate classroom and skills training as required.

**Requirements**

  • Minimum education qualification: degree-level qualification in Management, Life Sciences or related discipline.
  • Expert knowledge of principles and methods for design and delivery of training material.
  • Presentation skills.
  • Training evaluation skills.
  • Computer skills: Powerpoint, Excel, Word.
  • Project Management skills.
  • My Learning experience preferred but not essential.
