Job Description: Team lead for Learning & Development to oversee structured development programmes, leadership programmes, and learning events for a corporate organisation. Delivering with a well-oiled team and a budget to ensure success. Hybrid working available. Salary: €60k+ benefits. Key responsibilities:
* Design and delivery of development programmes (Pathways) for lawyers and business professionals.
* Leadership programmes, job aids, and learning events for the full firm or specific cohorts.
* Managing relationships with external training providers.
* Driving a culture of mentoring and working with the Director of L&D on firm-wide projects.
* Project managing learning and development solutions.
* Identifying new and innovative ways to deliver learning and development pathways.
* Working with the business and L&D team to anticipate and identify training needs.
* Leverage the firm's learning management system to offer individualised development.
Requirements:
* Experience in the professional services sector (Banking/Finance/Accountancy/Law).
* Designing new initiatives and tailoring content to the audience.
* Thriving in a fast-paced diverse environment.
* Clear and confident verbal communication and writing skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
* Experience managing direct reports is a plus.
