As a Learning & Development senior associate, you'll contribute to the success of PwC people by designing, developing, and facilitating Human Skills workshops and initiatives. Responsibilities include workshop design, development, and facilitation, as well as coaching participants and preparing workshop admin checklists. Additionally, you'll collaborate with stakeholders to support and design human skills learning content for graduate programmes. A key aspect of the role is understanding and considering PwC Professional behaviours, Firmwide Strategy, and Firm Values to support workshop delivery and design. You'll also provide assistance in designing bespoke learning and development requirements for the business and advise key stakeholders on effective learning solutions. To be successful, you'll need a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, including 3 years of experience in Human Skills Development and Delivery. You'll be responsible for facilitating a variety of workshops, managing relationships with stakeholders, and designing workshops in line with PwC strategy, values, and PwC Professional. You'll also need to critically analyse participant feedback and work effectively with others to organise, design, and deliver training programs. A Professional L&D Qualification is preferred, and you'll need a Bachelor Degree and coaching qualification or working towards one.
