Key Responsibilities:
- Create transformative learning experiences that equip users with practical skills.
- Leverage advanced learning technology solutions to deepen expertise and provide high-quality learning experiences.
- Design and create inclusive learning experiences tailored to diverse environments.
- Ensure the implementation, maintenance and optimization of Learning Management Systems.
- Partner with subject matter experts to develop eLearning solutions.
- Manage LMS administration, evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and track compliance.
- Collaborate on and produce reports and insights for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in instructional design, learning content creation, system administration or similar position.
- Experience in delivering blended learning solutions and creating engaging multimedia-rich content.
- Strong understanding of advanced learning technologies and their application in creating high-quality learning experiences.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools, particularly proficient in MS Excel, Power BI and MS Power Point.
- Strong organisational and planning skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
