Key Responsibilities:

  • Create transformative learning experiences that equip users with practical skills.
  • Leverage advanced learning technology solutions to deepen expertise and provide high-quality learning experiences.
  • Design and create inclusive learning experiences tailored to diverse environments.
  • Ensure the implementation, maintenance and optimization of Learning Management Systems.
  • Partner with subject matter experts to develop eLearning solutions.
  • Manage LMS administration, evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and track compliance.
  • Collaborate on and produce reports and insights for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in instructional design, learning content creation, system administration or similar position.
  • Experience in delivering blended learning solutions and creating engaging multimedia-rich content.
  • Strong understanding of advanced learning technologies and their application in creating high-quality learning experiences.
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools, particularly proficient in MS Excel, Power BI and MS Power Point.
  • Strong organisational and planning skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
