Job Description

Deliver transformative learning experiences that equip users with practical skills in the construction industry, leveraging advanced learning technology solutions and collaborating with subject matter experts.

About the Role

  • Create inclusive learning experiences tailored to diverse environments, with multimedia-rich, blended learning solutions to improve skill development and engagement.
  • Ensure the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of Learning Management Systems (LMS) across the organization, providing insights for decision-making and troubleshooting user issues.
  • Partner with subject matter experts to develop e Learning solutions, using storyboarding to create engaging and effective training content.
  • Manage LMS administration, evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through metrics and analysis, and track compliance and engagement in mandatory training and performance development.
  • Collaborate on and produce reports and insights for continuous improvement, maintain data accuracy, and research new learning technologies to enhance training effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in instructional design, learning content creation, system administration, or a similar position.
  • Experience in delivering blended learning solutions and creating engaging multimedia-rich content, including using tools like Articulate and storyboarding.
  • Strong understanding of advanced learning technologies and their application in creating high-quality learning experiences.
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools, particularly proficient in MS Excel, Power BI, and MS PowerPoint.
  • Strong organisational and planning skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
