**Key Responsibilities and Duties**: As a member of the Learning and Organisational Development Team, you will be responsible for creating learning experiences that equip users with practical skills. This role involves leveraging advanced learning technology solutions to deepen expertise and provide high-quality learning experiences.

*Design and create inclusive learning experiences tailored to diverse environments
*Implement, maintain and optimize Learning Management Systems (LMS)
*Partner with subject matter experts to develop e learning solutions
*Manage LMS administration and track compliance and engagement
*Collaborate on and produce reports and insights for continuous improvement
*Research new learning technologies to enhance training effectiveness

**Technical/Professional Skills**:
*Proven experience in instructional design or similar position
*Experience in delivering blended learning solutions and creating engaging multimedia-rich content
*Strong understanding of advanced learning technologies
*Experience with data analysis and reporting tools
*Strong organisational and planning skills
*Excellent communication skills
