Learning Program Specialist

Marsh McLennan is seeking a Learning Program Specialist to drive the successful global adaptation of its Technology Readiness and Learning Centre of Expertise.

As a key member of the COE team, you will be responsible for customizing programs to meet the specific needs of Business Units and regions, ensuring alignment with their requirements.

You will analyze data to optimize program completion and success, and work closely with senior stakeholders to make business decisions and manage external vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and influence senior stakeholders in a global community to make business decisions and manage external vendors
  • Design, develop, deliver learning programs, and maintain curriculum and assessment
  • Create engaging learning activities that enhance retention and knowledge transfer
  • Plan, execute, and manage the learning program delivery and measurement
  • Develop and maintain core curricula, partnering with subject matter experts to identify business goals and target audiences' learning needs
  • Manage the MMC Tech Learning Portal and leverage learning data extracted from Workday and MMC Learning Management System for training efficacy measurement

Requirements:

  • Proven track record managing senior stakeholders in a global/regional business
  • Strong working experience in training design, technology, implementation, and measurement
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
  • A lifelong learner with an appetite for deepening your information technology knowledge, introducing change, and a team player

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree with solid working experience in corporate training
  • Expert in Workday or other Learning Management System (LMS) admin
  • Familiar with Articulate 360 Suite and/or Adobe Suite for developing digital learning courses
