The Technology Readiness and Learning Centre of Expertise (COE) at MMC has a clear objective of increasing the speed and value of software development delivery throughout the organization. The COE team plays a crucial role in facilitating the adoption of IT technology, including Cloud, Generative AI, and engineering excellence, through engaging design and implementation. We are seeking a Learning Program Specialist to help drive a successful global adaptation. In this role, you will be responsible for customizing programs to meet the specific needs of Business Units and regions, ensuring alignment with their requirements. Additionally, you will analyze data to optimize program completion and success. This is a great opportunity to empower technical teams across our expansive organisation. This role will report to the Global Leader for the Technology Readiness and Learning Centre of Expertise (COE). We will count on you to: Manage and influence senior stakeholders in a global community to make business decisions and manage external vendor, including contracting, execution, program feedback, etc. Design, develop, deliver learning program, and maintain curriculum and assessment. Create engaging learning activities that enhance retention and knowledge transfer. Plan, execute, and manage the learning program delivery and measurement. Develops and maintains core curricula, by partnering with subject matter experts (internal and external) to identify business goals and target audiences learning needs, and/or analyzing existing training material. Manage MMC Tech Learning Portal, the training delivery platform, and leverage learning data extracted from Workday, MMC Learning Management System (LMS), for training efficacy measurement. Strong working experience in training design, technology, implementation, and measurement. Proficient in Excel. Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills. A lifelong learner with an appetite for deepening your information technology knowledge, introducing change, and a team player. What makes you stand out: Bachelors degree with solid working experience in corporate training. Expert in Workday or other Learning Management System (LMS) admin. Familiar withArticulate 360 Suite and/or Adobe Suite for developing digital learning courses (Optional).
