As a Learning Solutions Architect, you will play a critical role in analyzing learning requests, designing innovative solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality learning content and credentials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to intake and prioritize learning requests, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Conduct detailed Learning Needs Analysis to identify required content, training, and credentialing needs.
- Evaluate existing materials and determine gaps that need to be addressed through new content creation or updates.
- Design comprehensive learning solutions that address identified needs and leverage Service Now product knowledge.
- Oversee the implementation of learning solutions, ensuring they are delivered effectively and on time.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in learning and development, with at least 2 years in a solutions architect role.
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Business, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with instructional design principles and best practices.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
