Leasing Administrator (Cork City) Our client is a leading player in the retail motor industry based here in Cork. They are recruiting for an experienced administration professional to work in an operational and commercial leasing environment. You will be responsible all aspects of leasing administration, set up and maintenance of customer details, and lease contract records, ensuring contract details are correct, and all required documents are signed and filed, preparation of formal lease quotes, ensuring all required reports to support the business are updated in a timely manner, liaising with both internal and external customers to support the leasing business, a key support to the Head of Leasing, Accounts department and Lease customers. Duties & Responsibilities Vehicle and leasing administration. Customer support internal and external. Continuous positive communication with suppliers and customers. Involved in accounting and other key business processes. Understand and drive the quality of business being written and risks being taken. Maximise opportunities, proactively identify, present and close new business opportunities. Preparing and quoting customers in line with policy and procedure. Implement and develop procedures to improves business processes. Monitor and evaluate customer needs and competitor activity. The Person Strong communication, time management and administration skills. Want to work in an operational environment, ensuring customer satisfaction. Positive energy and attitude. Fluent English with excellent oral and written communication skills. Strong IT skills. Industry experience (desirable).
