We are recruiting for an experienced professional to join our Sustainability Consultancy Team. The successful person will work on innovative, challenging projects with industry experts as part of our world-leading multi-discipline team.
PM Group is a leading International engineering, architecture, project, and construction management consultancy. We deliver complex, capital projects in various sectors, including life sciences, food and beverages, mission critical/ICT, advanced manufacturing, energy, and environmental sectors.
Responsibilities
- Lead the commissioning process for HVAC, Electrical, and Building Envelope systems on LEED projects, ensuring compliance with LEED Certification requirements.
- Review Owner Project Requirements (OPR's) and Basis of Design (BOD) documents to ensure they meet the intended requirements.
- Prepare Commissioning Specifications and design and construction phase Commissioning Plans.
- Facilitate commissioning meetings and review submittals, start-up sheets, RFIs, and change orders for commissioned equipment and systems.
- Prepare Functional Performance Test procedures, review TAB process, and final TAB reports.
- Prepare Final Reports and Systems Manuals to provide a comprehensive project summary to the Owner.
- Support the growth of our team and assist with preparing proposals for new and existing clients.
- Perform field visits to observe installation of commissioned systems and prepare field reports.
- Ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
Qualifications
- Qualification (Level 8) in Architecture/Engineering/Environmental/Sustainability or related subject.
- Qualifications in LEED GA or AP BD&C/ID+C and/or BREEAM AP and/or WELL AP desirable.
- Licensed Professional Engineer or Chartered Engineer status (or working to achieve) preferable.
- 5+ years' experience as a commissioning/energy systems consultant or related position.
- Commissioning process experience on at least 5 building projects, preferably in the industrial sector.
