Leed Commissioning Agent Job In Dublin

Experienced Commissioning Professional sought to lead Commissioning process for HVAC, Electrical and Building Envelope systems on LEED projects.

Responsibilities

• Commissioning process for HVAC, Electrical and Building Envelope systems with a focus on LEED Certification.
• Review Owner Project Requirements (OPR's) and Basis of Design (BOD) documents to ensure they meet intended requirements.
• Prepare Commissioning Specifications and design and construction phase Commissioning Plans.
• Facilitate commissioning meetings and review submittals, start-up sheets, RFIs and change orders for commissioned equipment and systems.
• Prepare Functional Performance Test procedures, review TAB process and final TAB reports.
• Prepare Final Reports and Systems Manuals to provide a comprehensive project summary to the Owner.
• Support the growth of our team and assist with preparing proposals for new and existing clients.
• Perform field visits to observe installation of commissioned systems and prepare field reports.
• Ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.

Qualifications

• Qualification (Level 8) in Architecture /Engineering/ Environmental/ Sustainability or related subject.
• LEED GA or AP BD&C / ID&C and/or BREEAM AP and/or WELL AP.
• Licensed Professional Engineer or Chartered Engineer status (or working to achieve).
• ASHRAE's Commissioning Process Management Professional (CPMP); ACG's Certified Commissioning Authority (CxA); or BCA's Certified Commissioning Professional (CCP).
