**Sustainability Consultant**
We are seeking an experienced professional to join our Sustainability Consultancy Team, working on innovative projects with industry experts as part of a world-leading multi-discipline team.

**Responsibilities**
- Responsible for the Commissioning process for HVAC, Electrical and Building Envelope systems, with a focus on LEED Certification.
- Review Owner Project Requirements (OPR's) and Basis of Design (BOD) documents to ensure they meet the intended requirements.
- Prepare Commissioning Specifications and design and construction phase Commissioning Plans.
- Facilitate commissioning meetings and review submittals, start-up sheets, RFIs and change orders for commissioned equipment and systems.
- Prepare Functional Performance Test procedures, review TAB process and final TAB reports.
- Prepare Final Reports and Systems Manuals to provide a comprehensive project summary to the Owner.
- Support the growth of our team and assist with preparing proposals for new and existing clients.
- Perform field visits to observe installation of commissioned systems and prepare field reports.
- Ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
**Additional Responsibilities**
- Lead/support commissioning to meet the requirements of BREEAM certifications.
- Support Design Teams with technical aspects of NZEB, Low/Net Zero Carbon/Energy Building design & commissioning strategies.
- Work with design, construction and commissioning teams to foster an understanding of current and proposed Sustainability related legislation.
- Develop and manage client relationships (internally and externally).
- Aftercare support on completed projects.
**Qualifications**
- Qualification (Level 8) in Architecture /Engineering/ Environmental/ Sustainability or related subject.
- LEED GA or AP BD&C / ID+C and/or BREEAM AP and/or WELL AP desirable.
- Licensed Professional Engineer or Chartered Engineer status (or working to achieve) preferable.
**Requirements**
- 5+ years' experience as a commissioning/energy systems consultant or related position.
- Commissioning process experience on at least 5 building projects, preferably in the industrial sector.
- A background in facility operation and maintenance would be advantageous.
- Ability to travel to work-sites as needed or required.
- Clear and confident communication skills.
- Project engineering / management skills, including decision making, problem solving, planning and organization, leadership and team building skills.
