We are working with one of the worlds largest law firms as they expand their Dublin team. This office has been in operation now for nearly four years and is part of a global network of over 80 sites. Please note this role will not suit candidates sitting FE1 exams. In this role, you will work as part of the team and provide administrative support including: Editing and formatting documents on Microsoft Word and Excel. Printing, creating folders and binders. Organising couriers and taxis. Supporting with meeting room administration bookings, teas & coffees, setting up for meetings. Managing post distribution, scanning, attending the Post Office. The right candidate for this role will have 1-2 years experience as an administrator in an office environment. You will be able to commit to working in Dublin 2, fully onsite and be enthusiastic about being an active member of a team!
