Job Description
Abrivia are currently recruiting for a Legal Administrator to join their client in Dublin City.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to Fee Earners.
- Perform audio typing, document formatting, and editing of correspondence and other materials.
- Prepare legal briefs, reports, and documents.
- Draft letters, including demand letters, and follow up with third parties where required.
- Handle billing administration, including generating invoices, credit notes, and producing time reports.
- Oversee printing, scanning, and document management, including email handling and use of integrated applications.
- Conduct ongoing file management, including the opening and archiving of electronic and paper-based files.
- Provide reception cover at Lunch and break time.
- Ensure all office and reception procedures are followed on a daily basis.
- Work closely with the Operations Manager to foster a solution-focused, engaging, and supportive work environment.
- Perform ad-hoc duties as required.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 year's experience from a busy legal environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A proactive, professional attitude with strong communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel and Case management systems.
- Experience with dictation and transcription.
- Enthusiastic, motivated, and solution-driven with a positive attitude.
- Able to work independently while maintaining a strong team-oriented approach.
