Our Client is a Top Tier Law Firm and are currently hiring an Administration Assistant to join their expert Healthcare group in the Litigation department. This is a high volume administrative support role where you will have the opportunity to work with some of the best legal and professional talent in Ireland. The role will suit a candidate with some administration experience and good attention to detail who want to build a career as a Legal Administrator, therefore, wont suit FE 1 candidates. Salary : to €30k Benefits: Pension, Healthcare, Income Protection, hybrid working, on-site Gym, Canteen The Role: Issue conflict checks, letters of engagement, open new matters (in compliance with AML), anf archive closed files. Update client information on the Matheson CRM and SharePoint systems. Be responsible for document management (printing, photocopying, making up files etc). Provide general administration and back up support to the team The Candidate: Experience in a high volume administration role (legal experience an advantage). IT literate with MS Office skills and capable of processing a high volume workload. Proactive, with excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. You are highly reliable, conscientious, customer focused and a collaborative team player.
