A 23-month contract role in Dublin, offering a comprehensive induction course, on-the-job learning, development and training, and a mentoring programme.

Key Responsibilities
- Participate in a comprehensive induction course to learn about AIB, essential IT systems, and risk management skills.
- Work on matters centrally important to AIB's business and customers, learning from experienced teams and colleagues.
- Develop and train through a programme designed to ensure professional growth, including group and online learning.
- Be assigned a mentor for advice and practical assistance.

Requirements
- Achieved or expected to achieve a minimum 2.1 Honours Degree (or equivalent for universities outside of Ireland)
- Be fully authorised to work in Ireland or hold a valid work permit for the full duration of the 23-month contract
