Our client is a leading player in the payments industry.They are now recruiting for a 1-3 year pqe Corporate/Commercial Counsel.This role reports to the Head of Legal and sits with a large, established in-house legal team.Responsibilities:Excellent strong commercial contracts experience essential.Large-mid tier law firm training.Experience of drafting and negotiating a wide variety of commercial agreements.Corporate transactional work including drafting and negotiating transaction documents, conducting/supporting due diligence and project management.Hybrid or remote working available.A detailed job spec is available; please contact Sarah Kelly, Partner, The Panel to discuss further. #J-18808-Ljbffr
