Our client is a leading player in the payments industry. They are now recruiting for a 1-3 year pqe Corporate/Commercial Lawyer. This role reports to the Head of Legal and sits with a large, established in-house legal team. Ideal candidates will have excellent strong commercial contracts experience essential. Large-mid tier law firm training Experience of drafting and negotiating a wide variety of commercial agreements Corporate transactional work including drafting and negotiating transaction documents, conducting/supporting due diligence and project management.
