Quintain is one of the largest private mixed-use developers in Ireland, with an active landbank across Dublin including Adamstown, Cherrywood, Clonburris and Cherrywood. Key Accountabilities:Company Loans: Review and negotiate loan agreements, credit facilities, and financing arrangements. Ensure compliance with legal requirements related to borrowing, lending, and security interests. Advise on loan documentation, terms, and covenants. Handle legal aspects of loan disbursements, repayments, and refinancing. Investor Relations: Assist in managing relationships with investors, shareholders, and other stakeholders. Provide legal support for investor communications, annual reports, and disclosures. Address legal inquiries from investors and handle shareholder agreements. Collaborate with external counsel on investor-related matters. Irish Law Compliance: Stay informed about relevant Irish laws, regulations, and industry standards. Ensure the company’s operations adhere to legal requirements. Advise on corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and risk management. Conduct legal research and analysis specific to Irish legal frameworks. General Accountabilities: Undertake additional relevant duties which fall under the general scope of the role, as directed by your manager, raising any issues with capacity so they can be properly managed Be knowledgeable about Group activities and act as a positive ambassador for the Company. Qualifications and Experience: Qualified solicitor entitled to practice law in Ireland. 3-5 years PQE (Post-Qualification Experience) gained at a top-tier law firm or in-house legal team. Strong knowledge of legal concepts and practical experience in commercial contracts management and negotiation. Excellent organizational skills, ability to multitask, and prioritize competing priorities. Effective communication and presentation skills for various internal audiences.
