**Legal Counsel Role at Primark** Seeking a qualified Solicitor with 4-7 years PQE to join our Global Legal Team, supporting Primark's international expansion plans and collaborating with diverse stakeholders. **About the Role** At Primark, we're committed to creating maximum joy at minimum cost. Our Legal Function teams are integral to our success, and we're looking for a talented Legal Counsel to join our team. As a key member of our Global Legal Team, you'll collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support, guide, and protect Primark's business. **Key Responsibilities** • Work with various stakeholders to support and advise the entire Primark business • Provide rigorous legal advice on a range of issues to support Primark's growing business • Advise on legal, ethical, and governance risk issues, including new legislation and technology innovation • Build trusted relationships across the organisation and establish yourself as a go-to contact for commercial matters and supply chain issues • Collaborate to deliver advice and support to the business as part of a high-performing Legal team • Lead on drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements, including contracts and supply chain agreements **Requirements** • Qualified Solicitor with 4-7 years PQE, with experience in private practice in Ireland or the UK • Strong commercial contract drafting and negotiation skills • Experience negotiating and supporting large projects, including technology and logistics services • Strong work ethic and comfortable working in a dynamic environment **Benefits** • 27 days of leave, plus bank holidays, with the option to buy additional leave • Flexible working, including a 2pm early Friday finish and a subsidised cafeteria • Primark Perks – discounts with local partner businesses **What We Offer** At Primark, we're committed to supporting our colleagues to be dynamic and provide the right environment for you to feel that you belong and perform at your best.
