Irish Aviation leasing company with global reach are seeking a Legal Executive on a contract basis for an initial 6 month period.This role will be based out of their Ballsbridge Offices and support a team of 8 Lawyers working on complex transactions.Candidates who are sitting FE1s or intend to pursue a training contract can be considered. However, you will need to be able to demonstrate experience working as a Legal Executive in a Commercial Law Firm, Financial Services firm or another similar Corporate environment.Duties in this role will include:Administration related to transaction documents.Document management – printing, scanning, preparation of bibles and binders of documents.Supporting in the maintenance of filing system.Filing of forms with CRO.Preparation of documentation.Essential experience for this role:Minimum of one year working as a Legal Executive / Paralegal in a busy Corporate environment – ideally in Financial Services and/or a Commercial Law firm.Strong experience in working with commercial contracts, transaction documents, CRO requirements.If you are available in an ongoing capacity and would like to be considered for this role please submit your CV for this role today. #J-18808-Ljbffr
