Job Description
Negotiate and represent the firm's legal and compliance obligations with key suppliers, vendors, and partners to support the company's interests in multiple geographic locations. Develop and maintain a companywide legal and compliance framework, ensuring accurate, timely, and complete revenue contracting. Engage with customers and suppliers to negotiate legal terms, protect the firm's interests, and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The role requires strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, as well as experience with contract legal agreements, technical and legal documentation, and client-facing interactions. A relevant 3rd level qualification and contract law qualification are highly desirable.
