Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day support to the litigation team on case preparation and management.
  • Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, affidavits, and briefs.
  • Conduct legal research to support ongoing cases.
  • Liaise with clients, counsel, and court personnel in relation to ongoing cases.
  • Assist in the management of discovery processes and the collation of evidence.
  • Maintain and organise case files, ensuring all documentation is up to date.
  • Prepare bundles for court hearings and attend hearings as required.
  • Manage administrative tasks, including file management and billing support.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Legal Executive or in a similar role, ideally within a litigation environment.
  • Strong understanding of Irish litigation procedures and court rules.
  • Excellent drafting and legal research skills.
  • Proficiency in case management software and MS Office Suite.
  • Dictation experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
